A BREAK FOR YOU

A few minutes. Natural breathing.

An ABYSS calm break uses natural breathing, without breath-holding or a performance target; tracking how you feel is optional.

WITHOUT BREATH-HOLDING

Make room for how you feel.

Settle in a quiet place. Let your breathing follow its natural rhythm, without speeding up or trying to breathe more deeply. ABYSS breaks do not include breath-holding.

A SIMPLE MOMENT

Three steps for your break.

Discreet guidance helps you stay with the moment.

01

Settle comfortably

Choose a seated or lying position in a safe setting.

02

Breathe naturally

Follow the guidance without forcing. You can stop the break at any time.

03

Notice how you feel

If you wish, say how you feel before or afterwards. No answer is required.

A PERSONAL FEELING

Calm cannot be forced.

A break may feel pleasant, neutral or may not bring the calm you were hoping for today. How you feel is enough; there is no result to reach.

Keep a record

The Journal keeps only the measurements you choose to provide. A missing value stays missing.

Understand the limits

These breaks are not presented as treatment. Breath-holding is not equated with meditation or a therapeutic method.

TAKE YOUR TIME

A break at your pace.

Breaks without breath-holding remain available alongside the breath-hold programme.
